  • International shipping is not available at this time

🚛 Shipping Partner

  • All orders are shipped via Bosta

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the order details

📍 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days

  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

  • Shipping is paid and calculated at fixed flat rates

  • Two shipping options are available:

    • Normal Shipping

    • Fast Shipping

  • Shipping fees are shown clearly before order confirmation

💵 Cash on Delivery & Deposit Policy

  • Cash on Delivery is available

  • A deposit may be required on certain orders to confirm seriousness and avoid:

    • Order refusal

    • Wrong address issues

    • Failed delivery attempts
